just now, when i was on my way to go downstairs to tidy up my car, i saw my neighbour was standing near the door step. she then told me that her maid heard someone from downstairs was yelling for help! immediately i asked, whether she have informed the security guards or not. and shockingly, she told me that she didn't because she don't have the number!
oh... gosh..... i start to worry already. just imagine what happen if she saw something wrong with my house. will she stand there doing nothing but merely "watching", like just now?
aiyo, these two years, many foreigners have moved into our condo. and unavoidably, the crime rate has also increased. and the management has already put up all the relevent contact numbers, e.g.: ttdi police station, brickfields police station and of course, the security guard centre at every level next to the lift!!!! but unfortunately, she was telling me she doesn't have the number, thus no action was taken! what a sad thing to know of!
actually, we got to save some really "important" contact numbers in our phone, just for emergency purposes. not only does this help others, but we ourselves may have to use it someday in the future. who knows?!
numbers such as: the nearest police station, the nearest hospital (don't ever think that you are young and healthy and thus will never need it!!), the people who stay nearby and who may grant you help when you ask, the security centre if there is one...
it is a must to have it with u now, because you will never know when will you need it!! get it NOW if you still don't have it!! please don't WAIT until it's too late, lazy cat!!
